Elli Breihl

Elli is a Senior Associate at DEA Lawyers.

Elli was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2014 and now specialises in construction litigation here in NSW. She acts for owners corporations, individual home owners and builders/developers across a wide range of building defect claims (both under the Home Building Act 1989 and the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020), construction contract negotiations and disputes, and Home Building Compensation Fund insurance claims.

Elli is experienced in running litigation of all sizes ranging from small or niche matters heard in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal or Local Court through to large-scale and complex disputes heard in the District or Supreme Courts of NSW.

Elli also has experience drafting a range of building-related contracts and other agreements relevant to the performance of construction work.
