Sarah Page

Sarah is a Partner at DEA Lawyers.

She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is experienced in acting for individual home owners, owners corporations and builders in a wide range of building and construction issues including building defect claims brought under the Home Building Act 1989 and the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 as well as contract disputes. Sarah also has experience in drafting building contracts and other agreements relevant to the performance of construction work.

Sarah has worked in the area of construction law for over 12 years, with some of that time spent in Victoria. Sarah has experience in running small to large scale litigation in a range of jurisdictions including the Court of Appeal, NSW Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
